Two plastic water bottles daily lead to excessive waste!!! Improvements needed for water refill service, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room comfortable!!! Consider updating bathroom facilities as well!!!

The mosquitoes were everywhere, flying around like it was their personal party, and don't get me started on the hot water-totally nonexistent. I was terribly disappointed when I didn't receive an upgrade despite all the inconveniences. Almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn't. This place is not what it claims to be!
